Behavioural science can help you get closer to your employees, breakdown barriers, and understand the unconscious drivers and motivations hidden in traditional employee research. You can even predict future employee behaviour. It doesn’t take any new technology, just a different way of asking questions. 

Only [two-thirds of employees](https://blog.irrationalagency.com/employee-satisfaction-and-behavioural-science?hsLang=en) complete internal satisfaction surveys, and of those around a f[ifth have admitted to lying](https://blog.irrationalagency.com/employee-satisfaction-and-behavioural-science?hsLang=en). Concerns about anonymity and doubts that anyone is really listening to their concerns, mean tick-box employee research projects do not provide you the insights you need to support retention and recruitment.
