You can even predict future employee behaviour. It doesn’t take any new technology, just a different way of asking questions.  Only [two-thirds of employees](https://blog.irrationalagency.com/employee-satisfaction-and-behavioural-science?hsLang=en) complete internal satisfaction surveys, and of those around a f[ifth have admitted to lying](https://blog.irrationalagency.com/employee-satisfaction-and-behavioural-science?hsLang=en).
