Behavioural science can help you get closer to your employees, breakdown barriers, and understand the unconscious drivers and motivations hidden in traditional employee research. You can even predict future employee behaviour. It doesn’t take any new technology, just a different way of asking questions. 

Only two-thirds of employees complete internal satisfaction surveys, and of those around a fifth have admitted to lying.
